Bryan + Jacob

Bryan and Jacob are a fun and playful sibling group who get along well with one another. Bryan is protective of his younger brother and often plays with him. Jacob sometimes asks for his own space, and Bryan respects his Brother’s boundaries. They care for one another and want to remain together. They love spending time together, like going on outings and watching movies as a family. They both love to help there care giver by cooking and doing arts and crafts, the children enjoy spending time with their caregivers. Bryan is very smart and loves to read and play indoor games. Jacob is outgoing as well as funny and loves to play outdoor sports like soccer and football. Bryan and Jacob are seeking a family who can address each of the children’s individual needs and can advocate for educational and mental health services on their behalf. We are looking for an active and fun-loving family who will provide the children with plenty of love, support and stability in a permanent home. Bryan and Jacob will be a great addition to a loving and nurturing forever family.
